Proof of Value

Proof of Value is the heart of the network.

A capability does not become an asset simply by being uploaded. It must be used, and it must pass verification, before it can be launched as a productive, revenue-generating asset.

The purpose of Proof of Value is not to predict price. It is to determine whether a capability has a sufficient real-usage base to qualify for assetization at all.

Verification scales in phases. Early on, validators (IVN) review manually — fast and flexible. At scale, four objective metrics plus expert review take over, which is far harder to game.

Human fallback; slashing for misjudgment

Capabilities that miss the bar are refunded and exit. The gate is the point: what reaches the market is verified, proven capability — not an untested narrative. This is what separates Noos from a generic launchpad.

During incubation, builders stake a deposit. It binds responsibility and keeps low-effort submissions out. If a capability fails to qualify for launch, the deposit is partially refunded under protocol rules; if it qualifies, the deposit converts to long-term staking. Final amounts and ratios are set by the contracts.
